Thread: template in wordpress

Hey to all readers.
I work with wordpress.org
You know in the sliding door template, there's a sliding effect menu on the top, with titles for each like 'the zoo' 'people' 'nature' with their pictures? If people don't know what im talking about, you can visit my web site now to see; watchyourself.net
So, hoe can i change them ? Like, name them whatever i want, and add the pictures i want??
