Default mouseover text that changes colour

We want to create large text that fills L to R with a different colour on mouseover, and reverts to the original colour when the mouse is not over the text. The text will be used as a link to another page on our site.

Is there anyone out there who knows how to create this effect in BV or where we can download from ?
