Thread: Image duplication

I got a bit of a problem and im not sure if a topic like this was already posted "i didnt notice 1 when i searched". this site was partialy made before i took over the project. i launched the site useing BV but then i noticed each page "even though the pictures are the same" have different filenames so i now have several files of the same image 1 per page that uses it. i ported the entire site form the server into dreamweaver and fixed that problem but it was impossible to port back to BV. It says .html files are invalid or unsupported. So went back to BV and used older .bvp files that had the errors to begin with and now im stuck with them. Witch in turn causes each page to load slower then id like.
is there any workarround or fix for this?

The slow loading is down to the size of some of your images IE: http://www.rytakennel.com/images/babysissyi.PNG is @ 1293kb & should be nearer 10kb.
As with using BV & Dream weaver together, i think you will end up with problems.
