Thread: Long Header on the Website

I want to build a website with long horizontal and colored header across the top. It should look something like the facebook login page https://www.facebook.com/

When I added a long box at the top and my webpage is set to center, the alignment of the website is all out.

May I know is there a way that I can do this?

You, Albert, are the one inquiring about a Header that automatically extended across the whole web page automatically (like the Blue stripe seen "on Facebook") .... obviously the person has changed their website since trying to apply the solution offered, and the exact reference is no longer present. However, in direct reply to your inquiry, you may instead refer to the Blue Stripe on the Facebook page running across the top of the visible screen, which is in fact the "stretched" header you are apparently inquiring about creating yourself.

You need to first wholly understand the concept and then adapt it accordingly to see if the method outlined will work for you to create in BlueVoda your own "stretched" header ...
