Leave them both blank for now (nothing in the fields) Bookmarks are for setting up link areas within long page’s like a (Top of the page) type of link. The other one is for how a link will react when someone clicks on it. IE: open the link in a completely new page.

_blank = a brand new window (so you will have 2 windows opened if used). Most common used is, NO writing in this box at all. (new window replaces the last one)
