How to insert text in menu bars?

I have downloaded few nice menubars from BV website.Now i wan't to insert text in those menbars such as home,about us,contact us. please tell me how to insert text in these menu bars.

Not sure I understand you when you say downloaded. If you're working in Blue Voda, you click to add the menubars onto the page - then you right click and add the various buttons, with the text to them.

If you haven't done so, I suggest you watch the BV tutorials. If you have done so, watch them again :) - They really do help.

I have downloaded the menu bars(100's of Website Menu Buttons) from

Now,i have blank menu bars of different styles.Now i wan't to insert menu names in that menubars.Please let me know how to insert names in those menu bars.

These are not menu bars, they are just buttons and you already have all these built in to your BV menu button style drop down menu in bv.

Ok,If they are just buttons,then how to insert these buttons in BV and edit the names ?

Sunny,
Please watch the tutorials - the buttons are ALREADY in BV - you simply need to click on the navigation icon and select the one you want - and then follow the directions I gave twice above.
