I posted about this a while back(2 weeks ago). My website was unable to publish a drop down menu. I could see it in the preview, but unable to see it when published. I had many solutions which did not work. I sent my BVP. file to NavalDesign and he too was unable to solve this problem. So he ended up recreating it and it worked. So i indeed recreated it to fix this problem, unforuntunately with my luck it does not show up. This drop down menu is a key factor to my website. So i MUST have this menu back.
