I am trying to make a menu bar like the one at the top of this forum page. I have set up a menu bar spaced out like this but all the spacing disappears when previewed or published. Any suggestions?

use the "space" bar of your keyboard to increase spacing.

That is what I thought. I hit space bar 5 times befor each word in the general tab of menu bar properties. It looks perfect until I preview or publish it , that is when all the spaces disappear.
