How do I make a tab menu so when they click on the desired tab the page stays the same except a section below the tab menu dispalys the new information. For example - if the tab choice is contact us and i want the contact us info to populate in the existing page is that possible?

The only way I can think of is copying the entire page and making the center part different for each menu choise - so it looks like the page is remaining the same but it is changing. Is that the way i am supposed to do it?
