Linking to home page

Hi,
I have published 4 pages of my website so far. I have placed "home" buttons on the 3 sub-pages and linked them to return to the "index" page.
When I close the sub-pages by clicking on the "home" button it opens another browser page instead of just linking back to the original.
I have overlooked something I'm sure, please help. Thanks, client ID#28276

Go back into the link properties and remove _blank from the target field. Just leave this field empty

Thanks, I went back and did that but it still opens another browser window when closing the sub-page.

I think that Marincky means for you to do that on ALL your pages..........and dont forget to refresh your browser a couple of times.

Sorry, nothing has worked so far. Still opens 4 different web pages.

When you click and open the link box
you will also see a box a little lower down that
is labelled Target
This box should be empty for every link that you have made.

Are you sure that you have done the above ?

Yes, all of the "target" windows are empty on all four pages, including the index or "home" page. Thanks for your help, David

All target fields in all four pages have been left blank (nothing in them). Still opens a new browser page for each sub-page opened.
