Hyperlink doesn't work

Everytime i go and highlight something and attempt to hyperlink it, the hyperlink button goes grey and i cannot click on it! What should i do?

I am having the same problem. I am hoping someone can help. I called voda host and they had no clue.

I looked at the tutorial again and it still is not working, my hyperlink button is highlighted. When I click on what I want to link the hyperlink goes gray so I am not able to use it. I finally found a great template for my website and am almost done with it but if I can't link my pages it is useless. I will have to go somewhere else. Please Help!

I'll try to help. Is this text that you are wanting to H-link? If so, you must select/highlight (click and drag) the actual text and not just select the text box.
