Thread: Why did my link change color

Hi
look at my page please http://www.owndefense.com and look at the first
link at the top left side. I put a link in for the pepper spray 1/2oz, it change color for some reason even though I typed my text in black , but now
it looks like its purple. Does anybody know why and how I can fix it.

Links are all a different color text to make them easy to read. You have the option of picking what colors you want them to be. They will also change color after you've clicked on them.

On the page, right click and go into page properties - then select what color you want your links to be.

What I don't know is why you have the line through all the text that is to be links? And only the top "link" works.

I havent set up the whole page for linking Yet just the pepperspray 1/2 oz for testing.
Ill get rid of the lines. Now when I link the pepper spray 1/2oz it puts a line under it anyhow and its stills changes the text from black to purple. I typed everything in black but when I link it, it changes color. I dont understand. I did the properties like you said but still changes.

Me again, I read your instruction again, now I understand.

And, in the same area - you have the choice to have links underlined or not.
