in ftp tool asks for username and password.Where can find this log in information?

It is the same username and password that you use to get into your control panel and this is found in your welcome email when you register for webhosting with voda ....

Have you joined Voda and puchased a web hosting account? If you have done so, then you could submit a support ticket and they will resend you the information.

If you have only downloaded the free web builder, blue voda, you would not have any passwords etc, for control panel or ftp
