Thread: 1 link to outcomes or 1 link cant be pressed until...

Say i have a page that has a ad and you must click the ad to proceed to the site u wanted to get to, like i have one window up and then they clik a link to te tips section. they have to click an ad before they can proceed to the tips section... the tip section wil apear when they click an ad or ( a link will be clickable once a ad it pressed) and the advertisment will pop up in anew iwndow which they can close.
Help please!

Is it my understanding that you are needing help to set this up.
Are you trying to have an image (your ad) that they must click before they go further to your next section (tips)?

If this is what you want to do ....

Then this is what you have to do

Double click on the image that you want to be made clickable and insert the link .... the link will be the url of the page of tips that you are creating, for instance if you name the the page tips, the link will be http://www.yourdomainname.com/tips.html

This will then take the viewer to the page of tips when they click on the image ....

Is this what you meant??

i want them 2 view 2 pages one in the _self( tips page) and _blank (ad) ( the could be like ptp or somthing kind of like apopup.. so the page wil liek this ... Click ad to proceed ( clicks ad pop up comes and the other page go to tips.html

thanks but i cant find a script there and what im gonna do is just direct them to a page where i ask tehm to click an ad to help keep the site free... thanks for the help

It appears that what you are trying to do is force the user to click on an ad so that you get credit for it and thus earn income from that click- and then want them re-directed to your page instead of being taken to the originator of the ad.

Is this accurate?

I have already replied to you to your other thread. By clicking on the link, the tips page will open (in _self, why _blank ?) and the other page, the one you want to send them so you can get the click bonus, will open in the popup. Please look at your other thread in redirecting
