Thread: Mouseover creation

Hi all,

my site is diet and weightloss, and called www.flabfallsoff.com - hosted by Voda...

I want to create a mouseover on my site, so if someone drags their mouse over some text, it will come up with the 'cartoon bubble', so to speak, lol.

I have looked at the tutorials, and even in the archives, but cant find anything that helps me! I can hyperlink fine, but app. there is something called Alternate Text? Where is this?

Hey Will,

What you can do is make the text in a design tool that you have. Save it as a .jpg and then make your bubble or what ever it is you want as the mouse over effect, and save it as a .jpg as well.

Go to BlueVoda, open the page you want and on the bottom left, click on the icon that looks like a finger ontop of the picture (Rollover). Select the first image you saved, then double-click on the picture and choose your second image that you saved and there you go!

Think you may be spoilt for choice at this one.

tks for the info and help - sorry for delay in response. Those tools look gt but i'm looking for something simple, like the alt text thing for images in BV, altho in this case one would use it for mousing over text (ie if I had to mouseover that last underlined bit, something pertinent to it would pop up)

Dunno if there's anything in BV for this but it would be gr8 if there was... lol.
