I am a first time web builder and i have a fiew questions
that i need to have answered!

First, for my Payment, could somebody answer a very stupid question?

What does these terms mean?

1 - ID protect
2 - Dedicated IP address
3 - Rapid SSI certificate

And can my web site be activated proparly
if i only pay for the first 2
ID project and IP address

But i would appreciate understanding what these terms mean

and to know if i really need all three of them to adequatly activate my web site?

You don't really need neither ID protection or dedicated IP address, at least not right from the start.

Anyway, you can add them whenever you want, if they become usefull or necessary to you.
And, you wil only need SSL if you are building a commercial site which will require the visitors sensitive information like address, credit card number etc.

But isn't the ID protector your domain name account ???
and can you tel what exactly is a dedicated IP address ??
