About LinkBacksHi,
I create a form in BV. This form should be send to my email by a customer, and at
the same time a Thank you page should be display to the sender.
Please help me

yah.. They are good, but how can I get the form by email and I did not post my email address in the page. In the other word, if someone hit the submit bottom, the information in the form should be send to my email.
Please help me with this...

The tutorials above will help you setup a form that will submit fields and send them via email.
