Thread: Fatal error message..

I am new at this but with some help stumbled thru the creation of a php single page menu severa days back .. I inserted all three elements ( footer, myheader, and menu) ..

This morning, decided to add information to the "footer" , called up the "footer" page in my BV builder, edited, it saved the page and published it ... ("footer") i then received the following error.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare menu() (previously declared in /home/iubvhar/public_html/stumptables.com/menu.php:7) in /home/iubvhar/public_html/stumptables.com/footer.php on line 19

anyone help me decipher this? and how to avoid..??

You forgot to rename it FOOTER and called for the MENU instead. Inside the coding that is.
