Thread: Linking Pages Together

I have just started to link my web page together in the bluevoda sitebuilder but when I go to preview and see if it is working I get a error message that reads "can't find file". Is this because I have not published the page? Or does my pages I have created need to be uploaded to the control panel to show up? I have watched the tutorial and done what it says but its still not working? Please help.

You must publish (not upload unless they are something other than a .bvp page) your pages in order to see them on the 'Net.

I have just publish my first finished page today. How long will it take before I can see it online?

Almost immediately, that is if you have cleared your browser cache. If you don't see changes, then hit refresh on your browser at least a couple of times. Once you publish, then you will be able to check the links. :)

I have cleared my browser cache and now when I visit my domain I get a page that say index of with a list of files that make up my homepage. What should I do? What have I done wrong?

You have named your home page something other than " index "
http:www.yourwebsite.com/index.html
No capitals or any symbols, just plain lower case " index " (no quotes)
Or...you haven't published it.
Please include an URL so we can take a look..................
