Thread: Need Help Creating Link to files in a folder

Hi all,
Quick question.

I have a password protected folder on the public_html..
within that folder I have uploaded a folder of documents that I need to link to a page that is published within the password protected directory ( they are word documnets)

what is my path?
I've tried several different combo's including mydomainname.org/public_html/foldername/subfoldername/file.doc

Cant figure it out

change to

http://www.mydomainname.org/foldername/subfoldername/file.doc
