Thread: How does it go please I need my own website

I mean i am an african living in ghana west africa, i have tried with all the tutorials to get my site published to no avail. i mean i really don't understand what this is. i don't know how to creat more than one pages and how to link them though i can design a single page from the instructions given yet my ip address is not among the listed once and i don't know how to publish without it since the system is rejecting it please some one should help me with a sample and direction on how to get this done well. i need to do this very soon. infact i want to be heard online too. i want to be readand viewed.
