Thread: stray html fragment messes up my web page

My web page www.asianwomeninasia.com has become extra wide with blank space because of some html error when I tried to use some amazon.com hyperlinks and then canceled them. Below is my explanatory email to an associate and his reply. Read the bottom one first. That should help. Thank you.

Hard to tell. I don’t like the way Bluevoda puts things at absolute locations, instead of relative locations.

When I do a View Source I see this at the bottom that makes no sense to me (not sure if that’s it, but it’s definitely wrong). What are these amazon links for? Looks like the html is broken too as there’s no closing </a> tag.

Jeff,

A stray piece of html code wound up somewhere on my page builder, I don't know where, and it has produced a web page that is extra wide. If you scroll to the right you'll see it toward the bottom. Do you know how to get rid of it offhand? Otherwise I'll try to contact the vast bureaucracy of Bluevoda.

It looks like you have an element there on your page probably hidden underneath an image a text box there
