Thread: include option

hi all
i wasn't able to find tutorials, or threads about include option.

is there a way to create for example a menu and include it in all other pages, so that i can change the menu options, or pages, and then they change automatically in all other pages without editing every page manually?

if i create a menu and copy it to any other page, i have the same menu in every page. but if i change something in one of this menus, i have to update manually all other i copied...
