Default How to link from one page to a specific part of another?

I have some pages that link to specific parts of another page & I can't manage doing this
I'm working with dreamweaver CS3 & the whole website is on my pc & when I finish I'll upload it all to my server
I know that I have to name each part of the required page with a "label", but I don't know how to make this work
Can you pls. help as soon as possible?

    Hi there

This is quite easy in BV. Look up bookmarks. Place diff bookmarks in your target page (give them unique names). In the URL field of the Link window (this comes up when you link something) of the source page, enter the name of the target page, then add '#bookmarkname' right after 'html'. No space between the 'l' and '#'.

    Have fun
