Thread: Mouse over sound effect

I am needing some help using a mouse over sound effect using a navigation bar. I saved a .wav file and selected it in the style section of the navigation set up menu. I then uploaded the .wav file into my cpanel. But though my mouse over colors change I do not have the mouse over sound effect when published.

Can someone please help me solve my problem?

I dont see where you have added the sound to the menu, I dont see it in the source code.

Also what are you using for the navigation? I dont see where you can add the mouse over in bv, unless you are using a dhtml snippet in an html box.

I see a seperate command for it for the nav..but i dont see it within the navigation itself, which is where it needs to be.

I am using the standard navigation bar in Blue Voda. It has a mouse over option for the button and sound.

I am doing nothing special that I havent done a 100 times. This is the first time I have tried to use a mouse over sound. I uploaded the file just like it says but it doesnt work.

I know I am missing something very simple.

Is this bv11?

Admittedly i havent added sound, but it should be working. bv11 does have some bugs in it.

To be honest I do not know what version it is and can't seem to find a place for it to tell me.

I am assuming it is the latest version as I only uploaded it about 15 days ago to get the latest IP addresses for upload.

You and I are in the same boat as this is the first time I have tried to ad sound to a button.

I am like you though in the fact it should work, yet it doesnt.
