Question hyperlink to a temporary page

Hi. My website is www.barbarajamesyoga.com. I have added a temporary page, yard sale, about an upcoming community yard sale. Within that page, I tried to hyperlink to another temporary page, a reservation form (not a php form that is emailed, but just one that they can print, fill out and snail mail back to me). I have watched the tutorials over and over, and saved/resaved the page; ...still doesn't work. My link is http://www.barbarajamesyoga.com/reservation_form.html. I've linked it like all my other links, and they all work. Why not this one? Thanks.

it works if you use the php extension. you can either leave it that way and change the link to php as the extension instead of html or you can go to page properties and change it to html - you do that where is says file exstention. if you do not have a form you can save either way, but your link has to match.
