Hyperlinks that scroll down the same page

How do I set up links in a column, so when someone clicks on any one link, the link scrolls the page down to that linked header automatically?

Insert/Bookmark
Here's an example:
http://www.yoursite.com/somepage.html#bookmarkname
The actual bookmark would be named...... bookmarkname
It will work not only on the same page but go to any page on your website.
Go to my site and hover over the three photos and you will see the link appear in the lower left hand portion of your browser.

So when you select insert/bookmark, do you just position the bookmark next to the area you want bookmarked? That way, when you create the actual link, it'll go to it?
