Sliding Menu Bars (Drop Down) - creating and editing

In the above option I can create a sliding menu bar or drop down menu bar but how to apply it to all my pages without the naval design.

You cant, without either doing it via iframes or php as suggested using Naval's method.

With practice, the php method becomes quite easy.

Here you go.

Spend some time working with it. You will get it. The 1st time I worked with it I had to read and reread several times. I still refer to my BV notes whenever I have a new project that uses the php method.
