Thread: Help in changing the menu bar of existing website on all pages

I am making changes to the menu bar of my existing website http://www.lightthefireministries.org.za/index.php

Now I have to change all the pages and re-publish individually. I know there is a way to name my pages so that any changes to the menu bar on any one page would reflect on all the other pages, but just cannot figure it out.

I would like to do it this time round so that any feature changes will be updated automatically.
