Thread: linking help needed - Saving/Publishing links

Why is it that when I create links for my website and go back in to make other corrections to the page; then save and publish it again, the links become disabled? Disabled to the point where I can point to them and click but nothing happens. It makes it difficult because I have to go back in and create the links all over again.

Am I doing something wrong? I thought that once you save it, then it will be there always. Please advise.

This all depends on how you are creating a link.....
I know that some people have tried to save several links on a line using
the same text box and when they have finished and saved that only the last link is operable !!!!
Can you narrow it down a bit as most links are saved when you start doing something else on the page or when you hit save.......
Another point to consider is that if the link address is not correct it sometimes does not save....
