Thread: Linking pages problem

I would appreciate it if you would take a look at my website, www.nanasnovelties.com, particularly the page www.nanasnovelties.com/item_types.html. I cannot figure out what my error is with respect to the links down the side (in the ellipses) to the different type pages, as well as the same links in the navigation bar across the top.

I also cannot figure out why my home button on the navigation bar down the left side doesn't work?

On your home link there is a typo in the URL. You are missing an "a" in www.nanasnovelties/index.html

It reads www.nansnovelties/index.html

In fact it appears as if the same typo is made in all of your links.

I'm just designing my first ever website and have got as far as linking the pages together. However, when I go to preview on the web the url for the pages appears in the browser but the pages do not ( error 404 ). I'm not sure what to do and it's three o'clock in the morning. Pls advise

i think the pages have to be published before the links work in preview - we were all new at this at one time, just keep asking questions and reading as many threads as you can obsorb ann
