Thread: BlueFTP

I am pretty sure that i don't need to say it,you know it already but i will tell it anyway.BlueFTP needs a lot of work.I want to CHMOD my scripts and i do it in smartFTP.It would be great if the capabilities of smartftp are passed on bluevoda.

It was never our intention to create a fully featured FTP client. Just a few basic options to get the most important operations done.
We like to focus our work on BlueVoda and not waste any time on features which are not directly related to the web builder.

ooooooooooo,i didn't know it but don't you think it's a bit time-killer to use 2 ftp programmes.I mean,suh an awsome website builder must be followed by a good ftp.I am not asking for proffesion,just to CHMOD,it's really importnd because scripts are very importand

While I do like BlueFTP, I consider it a Bonus to Bluevoda so I couldn't really ask for it to be perfect. But If you want something extremely similar and fast, try downloading EMFTP. I actually purchased cuteftp pro, but enjoy using EMFTP almost 100 times more. It loads instantly and is excellent at uploading and downloading. Its much more reliable to me than my cuteftp which seems to have a lot of timeout errors for unknown reasons. I think I changed something. But EMFTP also does not have CHMOD but it still is a fast piece of software for making changes to your website.
