When you submit a ticket you get an autoresponder mail from VH helpdeck with a ticket number assigned to your question. You usually also get the ticket number with the answer, so it is simple to trace the original question .
Yet an easier way:
when you receive the autoresponder message, there is such a message and link in it:

Subject: whatever your ticket subject was
Department: VodaHost Customer Support
Priority: Urgent
Status: Open
You can check the status or reply to this ticket online at: http://support.vodahost.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=viewticket&ticketid=11451
Email: ????@na??design.it
Password: ??????????
Simply click on the link, and it will automatically take you to the support desk, to that particular ticket you have submitted. There, you can see your original ticket, as well as all the answers/answerbacks regarding that particular ticket.
