About LinkBacksCan I put a spreadsheet grid or some input boxes and output boxes? You may have this allready. I have looked in all over websites can't seem to find if this can be done.

You can create tables within Blue Voda, or you can insert your spread sheet by going to Insert > Advanced > Embedded OLE Object.

Forgot to tell you how to create tables in BV. Click on "Table" on the top toolbar and then just set the parameters you need.
