    Default Connect elements

I would like to connect different elements such as photos, on a shape, with text or a button and treat them as on when moving them on a page rather than having to move and place each item. It what draw programs do. I'm new here, so m,aybe haven't found this "device".

I think you can already do this, a bit like you can in other applications, by lassoeing the two or three items and then dragging or copying. While lassoed they behave as one item.

    Thumbs up Re: Connect elements

    Hi,
When you left click/drag & lasso, don’t forget to make sure the items you want to move are not locked as you will find only some items are able to be moved. (Go to edit & unlock all) Have made that mistake a few times.
You can also move items by holding down the shift key & clicking on the items you want to move to highlight them, and then hold down left mouse button without the shift key on one of the highlighted items & drag all of them to a new position.
