    Lightbulb Bullet Points

    Greetings Pablo and *****,

The ability to add bullet points to a list would be a really cool add-on to the next version. It's something I would find useful and I've seen others mention them too. Just a thought. Thanks

    Hi amanda
You can add bullets at the moment, but, its rather slow way of doing it....
    select text
    goto insert
    select symbol
    select bullet........
    .
I did say it was the long way.......so yes it would be nice to have built in to
    the next version.

The problem with bullets is that they are not cross browser compatible.
This means that it's impossible to make the bullets looks the same on every browser. Each browser has it's own way of displaying the lists, with it's own line-offset, bullet spacing and padding.
So until there will be a standard for all browsers it will not be easy to support bullets.
In the meantime you can use tables to simulate the look and feel of bullets. Use the first column for the bullet symbol and the second column for the text. By dragging the cell border you can specify how much the text is indented.

What browser doesn't support bullets? I've never had that problem?

Great tip! Thanks Pablo - never thought of doing that!
