The VodaHost Forum Support Request Template. phpBB.com uses something similar to this and it's really handy when people post vague questions. They are simply provided with a link to the template and asked to repost their question(s) in the same topic they originally posted.

  • Do you have a VodaHost account? (We'll still help if you don't, but we need to know this.)
  • Do you have the latest version of BlueVoda? Check here
  • If your problem is with BV, have you rebooted your pc? Uninstalled and reinstalled the software?
  • Have you watched the tutorials?
  • Most questions have been answered here, did you do a search of the forum? If not, click here
  • Are you having problems seeing newly published pages? Click here
  • If, after all the above, you still haven't found an answer, then by all means please post your question. Please be specific and use the following format:
