Hover over the video and turn HD on, then press the X in the lower right of the video to watch in high definition. Turning On template path hints helps you figure out the names of blocks, for which you can then find in the various xml files. with this information you can move blocks around, edit the way they are displayed, and even add them to new locations in different layouts.
