ah HAH! I thought so!! So that was a LOT of work? I started to do the same with some photos & thought, "No, there has to be an easier way than to make a page for EVERY photo?"
But, OK - I have time & it's probably good brain exercise for me LOL
Many thanks, Darren, again for your time
You'll deserve your first star when it comes....soon.
(Don't be fooled by my rank.....I spent a lot of time in the lounge LOL)

    Hi again!
So I decided to copy what you did for the Bristol Rugby Club!! Except....how did you get the text under the photos? Also I still can't get my head round the url bit that I have to put into the link from the thumbnail?
Only when you have time, OK?? :)
    many thanks,

.......Please don't spend too much of your time on this - in the end I'll wait for a rainy day & do every file individually - HAH!

    Hi Darren,
many thanks for coming back The principle is quite clear & I've done this successfully with other folders/files. For some reason I just can't get it with this one. If you don't mind here is the full story:
There is a photo program I want to use -Jetphoto Studio. They have a "publishing" program called JetPhoto Server Pro. The instructions are
    2. Unzip JetPhoto Server Pro package, and copy all contents in folder jpserver to the http documents path of your web server.
I unzipped the package - found the folder jpserver. This is the folder I'm having problems with! Unfortunately it has a LOT of files - too many to upload/FTP individually.
The only thing I can think of is that it's to do with my being with Vista & not knowing enough about moving/copying stuff around. But STILL, I have, as I said, had success with FTP before. The guy who wrote the program is even trying to help me but he doesn't have so much time LOL......

    Hi Darren,
hope you don't mind me coming directly to you but...... I just caught an answer from you about FTP & thought mebbe you could help me??
I've been trying for ages to upload a folder via FTP.
I just cannot get it across - I keep getting
"Can't change directory to..........No such file or directory."
I've done this before with success with pdf's etc - I know it's not much to go on, but any ideas?
    Many thanks for your time,
    david

Um No. I haven't gotten a domain name yet as I wasn't sure if I am supposed to, or if whomever building the webpage does it. I did type in a Domain of R.P. Construction (which is what our Company is called) and I saw 2-3 other Companies with the same name! What is a VH account? The only thing I have basically done on this site, is register and watch all of the Turitorals~ enough for me to say I would rather have someone build a page for me. LOL.
