I have successfully avoided BV10 so far, and am waiting for the next release to venture forth. Still too many "issues" for me to feel 100% confident.
In my opinion, BV10 makes it a lot easier for Users who refuse to review Tutorials, learn the core logistics of web building, or are simply too lazy and impatient to do anything manually --- but since much has been 'automated' the unexpected changing of file formats and seemingly incongruent methods continue to confound them and fill up the forums with the huge influx of repetitive posts and whining questions and pleas for rescue!

So, I plod along using BV9.3 and doing things manually. I get great results as it is, so I am not too thrilled thinking that I will lose a lot of versatility by "upgrading" to a more rigid and inflexible version that is based in Unicode and not a combination of hard-core HTML and CSS.

Need a copy of BV9.3 to "revert" back to using?? Lemme know by email via TheDiamondPro<at>Juno.com, and I can set up a download.

In the meantime, try to keep in mind this web-building stuff is supposed to be fun!
