What are you using to build and connect your database?...combo boxes I assume are on a form.. that you want the information in them to post to a database. This is much too complicated to answer in a few simple questions. You have to be much more specific. Try first using excel to layout your table with headers....export to csv and import to mysql...both are worthless without a connecting script
