Login to your VBS and pay the invoice....You should pay for it by the year. Did you mark your ticket URGENT? I dont have any access to customer service. Im just a pet like you! LOL

Hi Karen, It looks like my site BrownBeanMachines.com is not showing up on line. I bought the domain through BV and have a monthly site fee. Do I have to purchase my domaine name again? If so, how do I continue servive throught BV?
BV customer service has nobody answering the phone, it gets shoved to the email or help ticket...Yuck!
I just want to get my site online again... any advice?

Just choose BV general issus and post away..just like posting here except start a new thread.

Yes I sold DCOFFICESERVICES in June and I am not allowed to use that name so I thought it would be best to start again and use my name. Is that OK? I am happy for you to remove everything to do with DCOFFICESERVICES regards

What i meant was contact me via email. Im burned out spending hours and hours fixing things.. so for a fee ill trouble shoot your forum. Ill go thru your setup file and admin file and work out your image settings. I just cant afford the freebies for this kind of thing anymore. So.. if you want me to run it.. contact me via email to discuss it.
