I have been doing this long enough to know but am still a little confused. I thought that after some time the search engines find you and you dont have to submit. Is this only for google, and then you have to manually submit your site to all the other ones?

Hi, if its your 1st time? Pop a support ticket into Vodahost with your details & they will submit it free to many SE's as a one off. -

Well, I checked both your links in your post in both Google and Yahoo - and they both have indexed you.
No, usually you don't have to submit to anyone - as long as there are links to your website for them to find - like those in your post.Comment
