my site is not showing up as well in the search engines

I recently just reformatted my site into php. I used everything I have learned about SEO to make it as user friendly as possible. Last month I had 810 pages indexed in Google. Now I only have 32. I have ran my XML sitemap generator and resubmitted. Is it normal for this to happen?

my site is www.local-shoppers.com. I just need to know if there is something obvious that I am doing wrong.
