Hi, you need to add a robots.txt file in order to prevent Google from indexing the page if you do not want it to show up on a search for your site, please see the below:

I did as you suggested and created a robots.txt file.
Will you kindly review the below and let me know if you think it might suffice for a txt file?

As the files are in your public_html folder, this would not work, it should be:

#User-agent: *
Disallow: /success1.html
Disallow: /success2.html
Disallow: /success3.html
Disallow: /error1.html
Disallow: /error2.html
Disallow: /error3.html
