LOL YouTube is becoming notorious for "downing" links once they are posted into blogs, forums, or the like ..... like Dust in the Wind ....I tried MANY times to see if it was something I was doing, but it's not: the link to the YouTube page works, as does the video when you get there, but some of them simply will not play when properly set up ... dunno why!
I found it took quite a bit to loacate many of the original versions (like the ones that originally aired on MTV way back when) of the songs that stood out to me and represented the era that was high school for me (and that weren't already posted). Believe you me, I am far from done, but I konked out later than I realized .... was deciding on which version of Boston to post!
Still to come? Jimmy Hendrix, Jefferson Airplane, Yes, Cream, Styx, Blue Oyster Cult, Ratt, The Doors, etc.
