Dear All I am trying to add a petition to my site. I found an open scorce customisable one at petitionscript.net. I followed the instructions: 1. Upload php file to website 2. Create MYSQL data base 3. Edit a file with user name and passwords (upload) 4. In browser go to mysite/setup Then when I clicked the setup link I got the MYSQL message like the data base did not exist. If any body can help I would much appreciate it I joined the forum at petitionscript two days ago and have had no reply to my post yet.          |

Firstly what have you named the database and then what have you changed the names to in the file you had to edit??

Thanks Mook I've solved it myself BV adds the user name in front of the database and user so once I matched it on the file it worked OK. |
