Thread: How do I make a php webpage?

I need to create an empty page where I can put a Code snippet which I already have inside that uses php and I have to create a link from my homepage to that page.This should give me a page full of reciprocal links.Can anyone tell me step by step how to make this page.Thank you

use notepad and save it as .php
