Thread: Access denied on PHP MyAdmin

Hi, I am trying to run a script to create a db on PHPMyAdmin but it say that I have not privileges to do that.
What could I do??
I attatch a snapshot of the problem.

Have you first created the database and added a user with all privilages?
Most scripts will ask you for 3 things:
database name (something like xxxxx_dbname)
user name (xxxxx_username)
password

If the script is not asking you for the above details then
it is trying to create the database itself and you cannot
create a database from external sources, you need to
use phpmyadmin in Cpanel - mysql databases - phpmyadmin

I created the database and added a user with all privilages, access to PHP MyAdmin via control panel but there is still the words which saids that I have not privileges...

Please read the installation instructions, sometimes you have to cmod(change permisions) a folder or even single files before you run the install program.

This is normal. Your script tries to create yet another database. You can NOT create a database through phpMyAdmin. The database must be created through CP, then you can run any query you want through phpMyadmin
