database problem

I have added a database and when I exit phpMyAdmin I get this message “Welcome to phpMyAdmin 2.10.0.2 Wrong username/password. Access denied.”
When I try to access the new web page’s database: http://doors-of-hope-ministries.org/megastore/admin/ I get this message: “Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'DB_SERVER_USERNA'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in /home/drxiphcg/public_html/megastore/includes/functions/database.php on line 12 Unable to connect to database server!”
How do I rectify the problem?
